Stockholm Challenge GKP Awards 2007 winner presented at the GK3 Conference
Kuala Lumpur, 12 December 2007. The winners were selected from 119 entries as the best examples of Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships in ICT for Development. GKP will sponsor their participation in Stockholm Challenge Week in May 2008. Two of the four beautiful trophies went to Sri Lanka! - 2007-10-22

The Stockholm Challenge GKP Award 2007 winners celebrated both in Kuala Lumpur and in Stockholm
The finalists from the four contested categories were sponsored to attend the 3rd Global Knowledge Conference - An Event On The Future (GK3) in Kuala Lumpur in December 2007. All other applicants for the Stockholm Challenge GKP Awards 2007 were also invited to participate. Their conference fee to attend GK3 were waived although travel and accommodation for the event were at their own expense.Global Knowledge Partnership
Global Knowledge Partnership (GKP) is a multi-stakeholder network promoting innovation and advancement in Knowledge for Development (K4D) and Information and Communication Technologies for Development (ICT4D). GKP brings together Public Sector, Private Sector and Civil Society organisations with the goal of sharing knowledge and building partnerships in K4D and ICT4D.
