  • Multi Stakeholder Partnerships (MSP)
An MSP is defined as a partnership between parties from at least three different stakeholder groups, namely business, civil society and government at all levels (including public institutions in health, education, social, welfare and agriculture) that share risks, costs and mutual benefits.

The partnership does not have to be formal or contractual but the entry has to show how it meets these criteria.
